Personal Views on Drug Policy.

As a young person living in one of the best (I may be bias) cities in the UK the use of drugs is becoming a growing concern for myself and those around me. As I’m sure the press has informed you the spice problem in Manchester is rife and as horrible as it is, these are real people and it personally saddens me to see them needing something so strong that it ‘zombiefies them’. Spice aside there are a lot of other drug related problems in the city, as there is all over England. So that brings me to raise the question ‘How can this be improved?’.
